He spent time asking questions and getting to know our business and potential needs. We are now confident in our information being secure and retrievable. He has helped to upgrade and install some new equipment, works with our software, and is able to help with questions on how to use different office equipment features. He has offered advice on future upgrades that may be potentially useful, promoting our company, such as integrated software and website management. He also has identified vulnerabilities that could potentially be liabilities.
